WHAT MATTERS TO YOU , MATTERS TO RICK.

KEEP THE CIVIC CENTER OPEN

The Civic Center was a gift from the Union Pacific Railroad in 1925. It has served as a place of community and hope.

Now, your Mayor wants to close it.

NOT WHEN RICK MILONAS IS ELECTED MAYOR!

He will first rescind the resolution. Then, he will work with private donors and city departments to re-allocate the funds needed to save this part of our history.

FIX THE GOLF COURSE

You know it. We all know it. The golf course is a disaster!

People are driving 15 miles down the road, and putting money into the economy of Green River, rather than driving 5 minutes to our once pristine golf course.

The city has spent $9 million just to make minor improvements. The mayor watched it happen. And the current administrator still makes $116,000 a year, plus city benefits.

Rick was raised with Wyoming values, that when you mess up, you take accountability and fix it. Mismanagement and failure should not be rewarded with six figures.

Rick is going to change all that when he is elected mayor! He will reorganize the current administration. He will bring in the experts who know how to address the issues. And then he will FIX THEM, once and for all.

RICK'S

PLAN IS SIMPLE.

DID YOU KNOW that Wyoming invented the LLC business structure in 1977? This was designed to help ordinary citizens start small businesses, apply for loans, and drive local economies.

And it has worked...except in Wyoming!

Mine subsidence regulations, environmental permits, and outdated zoning codes that were established in the 1950's, and are still being enforced, all contribute to the stagnant growth within our city.

Your Mayor, along with the current URA, has had YEARS to fix this. And where are we now?
-$3.5 Million invested into First Security Bank Building. It was SOLD for $400,000 = NET LOSS $3 MILLION!

(But the head of the URA still makes over six figures a year)

REVITALIZE DOWNTOWN / NEW BUSINESS GROWTH

REVISE AND UPDATE ORDINANCES. INVEST IN THE CIVIC CENTER. REORGANIZE THE URA. TAX INCENTIVES FOR INVESTORS. INVEST IN TRAVEL AND TOURISM SECTOR.
